• When will my order be ready?

All orders are ready in 3-5 business days unless it is a custom item which is then 5-7 business days. Should you need your order sooner, please send us a message before placing your order.

• Can I pickup my order?

We offer local pick up at 2 locations in South Surrey. 1. Expand Healing Centre located at 368 175a St Unit #101-103, Surrey, BC or 2. Address given when pick up is arranged. At checkout, be sure to select local pick up and wait for the email that indicates your order is available for pick up. 

• What does gold filled mean?

Gold-filled jewelry is a type of jewelry that is made by bonding a layer of gold onto a base metal (such as brass or copper) using heat and pressure. The layer of gold is typically 5% or 1/20th of the total weight of the item. Gold-filled jewelry is considered to be more durable and long-lasting than gold-plated jewelry because the layer of gold is thicker and more securely bonded to the base metal.

• How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend taking off your jewelry when sleeping, taking a shower, working out or swimming. This will ensure long lasting pieces. If your pieces are dirty, simply use water and a clean cloth to wipe them clean. Do not use a sterling silver polishing cloth on gold pieces as it may remove parts of the gold layer.
